1. Большой процент за обслуживание. Вроде бы, 8%.
2. В меню указана цена, например, картошки фри и её вес. Однако цена это за 100 грамм, а принесут 200 грамм, о чём станет известно лишь тогда, когда принесут счёт -- тогда они делают вид, что забыли предупредить.
3. Нам принесли не то пиво, которое мы заказывали, а более дорогое. Естественно, по виду и запаху понять это было невозможно, понятно стало только позже, когда распробовали. Опять же "ой, ошиблись".
