Guests entered the premises before opening hours, while no front-of-house service was available.For security reasons, including the presence of cash and personal belongings, our staff cannot allow guests to remain inside the restaurant outside operating hours. The manager acted correctly in asking you to leave until we are officially open. We must correct several inaccuracies.Our official opening time is 11:30, as clearly displayed on the restaurant door. At 11:00–11:30 the premises are closed, staff are working in the kitchen, and no front-of-house service is available. Entering a business that is clearly marked closed does not grant a right to remain inside, regardless of online listings.For safety and security reasons — including the presence of cash and personal belongings — our staff are instructed not to allow guests inside before opening hours. The team member involved acted correctly and in accordance with our procedures.We stand by our staff and do not accept abusive behaviour or misrepresentation of events.
