This may be the best food experience in all of Tokyo. Taste the aged mackerel roe. He is the best in all of Japan. If you are lucky enough to sit in front of the master please take the time to focus on each bite. You will not be disappointed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were celebrating our 9 year anniversary and were looking for a true kaiseki experience. Hashimoto created one of the most incredible meals that were both unique and well thought out. We can’t speak Japanese, but were greeted by some of the most welcoming staff and felt so appreciated. They put in every effort to know the english names of all ingredients and utilized translators when needed. Hands down the best meal I have ever had, and my wife and I hope to celebrate our 10 year anniversary at Hashimoto next year. Thank you for making our special day so memorable
