Why choose Hashimotoya over other great restaurants? 1. Family run; 2. Amazing craftsmanship; 3. Local ingredients. Let me tell you, they were experimenting with local Wagyu beef (see photo) that was so soft and tasty that it made other Wagyu taste like Yakiniku! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
