This is a great local restaurant. Despite the place was simple, everything was the highest standard. The fugu was the best I had in Japan, with large premium cuts and very delicate tempura. The fish appeared to be, most likely, from the wild. The entrance is hidden from the road and facing local car park. We nearly missed it which would be very sad as I still regard my best meal of the 12 days trip - above fancy places we visited in Tokyo and Kyoto.
