Aiden was a great server and kind as well as prompt! Offered great options and friendly. Eggs were a bit overcooked and bacon was great! Drinks were strong but not as flavorful and felt as if they were missing something. Overall a wonderful experience on a busy 4th of July! Thank you guys! I had an amazing dining experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our wonderful waitress Rhonda. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure our drinks were always filled, checked on us at just the right times, and provided excellent recommendations from the menu. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service made our meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued, but she did exactly that. I had such a beautiful Valentine’s experience at Hatch Restaurant! Our waitress, Tiffany, was absolutely amazing. She was funny, incredibly kind, and her personality truly made the morning special. Honestly, her energy and warmth were even better than the food — and that’s saying a lot because the food was amazing! I love this place and will definitely be returning.
