I saw this shop on my way to and from work and had been curious about it for a long time. The nearest station is Tsukimiyama Station. It will probably take more than 5 minutes to get there within 10 minutes on foot. A set meal for two at "Miso Sauce Gyoza Hatsuya". For an additional 50 yen, change half to shiso gyoza. It's a small shop with only a counter. Hot gyoza brought to you. Unfortunately, I got a burn on my upper jaw (lol) Crispy on the grill and juicy inside. I also appreciate that you can choose with or without garlic. I like it with garlic, but I have to work tomorrow. The miso sauce is a bit sweet, probably because it has a lot of white miso, and is rather refreshing. If you have garlic, you can have a hearty type, but without garlic, it's refreshing. You can also add homemade chili oil to change the taste. The shiso gyoza is probably the same as the base gyoza, but it's loaded with shiso, which is irresistible to me as a shiso fan. Also, the grilled pork was very delicious. Soft, refreshing and moist. Next is the char siu bowl. It's a great deal for 900 yen, which includes two servings of gyoza, grilled pork, shiso, and soup.
