Came here at 12pm (opening) on Sunday and it was already a 45 min wait for a party of 5. Parking is validated from 12-4pm in the plaza. Just scan the QR code inside restaurant to validate. The eel roll is delicious. The salmon roll and spicy salmon roll tasted the same and both bland. Absolutely no seasoning. Got the yellowtail roll and found it okay. The salmon belly is good and chutoro is amazing Service is good. Friendly staff. Very clean. Though this place is underwhelming in comparison to other hand roll places I've been to.

Probably the best sushi in Fort Worth. The sushi chefs pay attention to when you finish a roll to give you the next roll. They come at just the right pace to fill you up without getting you that over stuffed feeling of eating too much.

We had such a great dinner at Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar! There is limited bar space, but it is definitely worth the wait ! We ordered off both the daily specials and regular menu and everything was delish! The staff was super quick and helpful, we will be back!
