We are very disappointed with the food at Haus Bolten. A lot of money for very poor quality, really annoying. The goose breast was tough, the sauce tasted like a Maggi ready-made sauce and the 2 dumplings were so small that they disappeared straight into your mouth and all for 30€. After expressing his displeasure to the staff, the reaction was equally valid. NEVER AGAIN
