Had the early set menu at Hausu on a weekday evening and it was the best meal I'd eaten for a long time. The cooking and service are both executed with real attention and care. I had the heritage tomato fritti, pork pomodoro, caponata & toasted rice ice cream. It was a celebration of tomatoes and every dish was a hit. The pork pomodoro came with a hot mint sauce that cut through so well. The caponata was rich, jammy, silky and the aubergines were just perfect. The five spice caramel on the ice cream was inspired. We were served by a few members of the team but shout out to Luca who was on excellent form - thanks very much. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50
