Hava Java

Thank you so much, Isaac, for trusting Hava Java with your Bris! We’re so happy to hear that Yanky made the entire process easy and that every detail, from the food and décor to the service, came together just as you envisioned. Our goal with Bris catering is to take the details off the family’s plate so you can simply enjoy the simcha. Thank you for choosing Hava Java for your Bris catering in Monsey. It was truly our pleasure to be part of such a special day!

Simi, we’re truly sorry that your experience fell short. At Hava Java, simply getting an order right isn’t enough for us. Our goal is always to exceed our customers’ expectations, and we’re disappointed that we didn’t do that for you. After looking into your order, the pancakes were prepared with confectioners sugar as ordered, but because they were packed while hot, the sugar melted and was no longer visible when you opened them. You are absolutely right about the cookie, though. You received a different cookie than the one you ordered, and if a substitution was necessary, we should have reached out to you first. Most importantly, when something isn’t right, we want the opportunity to fix it and make sure you walk away happy. Please reach out to us at feedback@havajavaonline.com so we can personally take care of this and hopefully give you the Hava Java experience we want every customer to have.
