Very, very small location, probably under 100 sq ft. Great selection of drinks & food, you can never go wrong with Cinny Toast Crunch iced latte. Matcha too if that's your thing. Smoothies, yep. But it will be inevitable that the dreaded awkward situation where the teller spins the screen asking non-verbally for a tip will occur. This location has outdoor seating & very little indoor seating space. 2023: 4 stars. The quality at Haven is still really good, but the prices have gotten a bit out of hand. One of their signature lattes with non-dairy milk is $7. Their english muffin breakfast sandwich with avocado is $12. I will still go from time-to-time, but today this makes them basically the most expensive coffee shop anywhere around OTR / Downtown / NKY. 2020: 5 stars.

I’ve been to Haven Cafe a few times since they opened. Every time I’ve gone back has been better than the last! Today I got the Pandan latte and chocolate turmeric V/GF donut. I wanted to try something new, and both items were absolutely delicious. The prices are hard to beat in Covington for such a delicious latte and food allergy friendly options. There’s a great variety of unique drinks. The staff was very kind, patient, and helpful with the guests.
