I just got back in town. I was excited to try this place again. I ate there twice last and Probably won’t go back. I lived in Hawaii and absolutely love Hawaiian food and this is Not a great representation. The rice was crunchy, I couldn’t eat it , and the Mac salad was some weird garlic thing that tasted “OK” the first time I went. The second time I went, the Macaroni salad tasted horrible. I couldn’t eat that either. The meet is prepared very basic, There is A reason Mac salad is done a certain way with mayonnaise to make a creamy, that’s because everybody likes. Why do you put mayonnaise on a sandwich? Because it helps it make it go down better and not dry. It taste better overall. I think you guys should go take some notes from Roxy’s.
