About 20 minutes before closing, I was tired and hungry having not eaten most of the day. The lady behind the counter was very nice and was happy to provide me with some Ahi Tuna (w/a little [black] sesame seeds & a little soy sauce). Nice table outside for sitting and eating. Lost 1 star only b/c things weren't "perfect" & I don't know how to give 4.5 stars. The prices seemed good for Las Vegas, just more than I thought I was spending. I also thought my dish was supposed to have seaweed, but it didn't and I couldn't ask as she locked the door early. 5 stars if you are in the mood for Sashimi as it was very fresh. This is the best poke spot in Vegas, and likely one of the best I've tried outside of Hawaii. Everything is so fresh and authentic. It was great to meet Dennis and chat about the place. I came last week and again today. I highly recommend Hawaiian Style Poke to everyone looking for a poke spot. I got lucky to find the place, as it is right off Spring Mountain on Wynn Road. It's a small spot, but it's incredible. I don't leave many Yelp reviews, but it was worth taking the time to do this one!
