Had drinks in the basement room and it was great and reasonably priced! Service was great and very prompt even with a lot of people in the restaurant due to the italian fest. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

horrified and disgusted to read today in Block Club that Len DeFranco of Hawkeye's Bar is prioritizing fighting the city's vaccine mandate for restaurants over crafting a policy and getting it in place immediately to comply with safety measures to help Chicagoans, including themselves and their staff
