Walking near Construction Tools and Wooden Frame Museum, visit this cafe. Delicious coffee is the best drinks of Hayashiya. The terrific staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The good service displays a high level of quality at this place. Quiet cafe where you can smoke (even a pipe). Prices are amazingly low, especially the coffee. They close at 4:00pm. Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
