The delivery guy is very arrogant that, he is favouring he deliver food on time after I ask 3 times on mobile and still delay for 1 hour. I still favour and give 1 star coz I can't decrease.. but you guys means new hyat take advantage that, yah no one can deliver in this area. And that's really annoying.. I am hungry asking for food and giving attitude I ask guy for his name and he just run off.. that's really not responsibility for job you're belongs too.. very disappointing.. I order food from New Hayat Restaurant on 10/11/22 for 2 mutton biryani and 1 chicken kottu parata. While delivering I paid around 45Aed. Once we try to eat the biryani and the chicken kottu parata both watery. And I informed to the Resturant same time , later they came to check and I told to take the food back, they just listen what i said, and without returning the money driver left ignoring the issue. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: AED 50–100
