Stopped in and waited nearly a half hour and not one employee asked to seat us since there was a trivia night going on. Left and went down the street to the Cuban restaurant. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What kind of jaggs charge $9 for a side of fries at a dumpster sports bar? The kind of bar that knows people won't ask what a side of fries cost, because a side of fries should cost approximately the price of a side of fries. "Well why wouldn't you ask what a side of fries costs?" Because I expect a side of fries to cost what a side of fries costs. You don't expect highway robbery. And what kind of server hears you order a side of fries without telling you they're ripping you off for nine bucks? I would be ashamed if I sold someone a half basket of fries for that price. Two stars cause the chicken and waffles are dope as ell. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Chicken and Waffles

Quick review for a quick stop at Haymaker Public House recently. We had some time to spare between getting out of work and dinner plans, so Nate and I stopped here for a drink during happy hour, when most everything is 50% off. I don't see happy hour deals like that very often anymore, so that was great. I got a cider on draft that was pretty tasty - I did have to ask for some ice as it wasn't quite as cold as I would have liked. They have 20+ taps, a cocktail selection, and a yummy sounding food menu, but we didn't get anything to eat this time. The bartender helping us was friendly and kind. I think this might be a hopping spot in the evening. I'd come back again for happy hour and a snack!
