The kitchen cooks had the Spanish music, blasting from the kitchen and the bus boy holding the door open to the kitchen talking to both the cooks louder than the music. We were in the restaurant for about 45 minutes and the music volume never dropped. Another exciting event was the personal phone call to the bus boy, he left the kitchen doorway to received the call on speaker out in the dining room. I don’t speak Spanish but it was extremely exciting to the bus boy and both the cooks who also talked over the music in the kitchen, when the bus boy held the door open again. If you like Spanish music, can understand Spanish so you know what they are talking about and like disappointing food. Hayward Family Restaurant is the place for you to go! As for me and my family that was our 1st and last meal there. Good Luck to the owner maybe a manager or babysitter should be there to make it enjoyable! Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
