Food was OK. If you park in the garage, parking is free but a lot of walking. Valet parking is available. Absolutely loved my experience at Haywire! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was beautiful and inviting. I especially enjoyed the stylish setting and the relaxed evening vibe. It’s a wonderful place for dinner, a date night, or simply enjoying a special evening out. Worst baby back ribs I’ve ever had. I’ll never return to this restaurant after trying to eat their ribs and almost breaking a tooth. In trying to eat the ribs I bit into several small bone pieces while chewing the meat. I believe it was because the way they don’t cut the rib joints off where the rib meets the breast plate. I believe that they don’t use a St. Louis cut while preparing the ribs before cooking. I even encountered a splintered bone part similar to what a fish bone would look like. In one small rack of their ribs which is about 5 ribs, I found 7 small bones while chewing them. I complained to the waiter, he did nothing. I complained to the manager and she did nothing. Be careful with their ribs, the possibility for a cracked tooth or even worse getting a bone stuck in your throat or intestines could be a significant problem. I’ve never had this problem at any other restaurant with baby backs, and I’ve been eating ribs for over 60 years. I even went back the next day to inform the manager that there is a danger to the way they’re not trimming their ribs correctly and was blown off. I’ll never go back. I’d give them a zero if it was a choice.
