They must have been having an "off day" when we visited, 4 weeks ago. It took ages just to put an order in, & there was only 2 other customers there. The service was incredibly slow, it took 25/ 30 minutes just to get our coffee, & then we got charged an extra $1 for unpleasantly bitter too strong decaf cup of coffee.
