The order was placed at 9:11 PM and didn't arrive until 10:30 PM, which is a delay of over an hour and twenty minutes. As this was my first experience with you, I expected better punctuality. To maintain customer loyalty, I suggest you temporarily disable your website/ordering system when you are over capacity rather than compromising on delivery times. Please take this into consideration to avoid losing more customers.To make matters worse, after the 80-minute delay, the food arrived completely cold. Furthermore, no cutlery (forks or spoons) was provided. It is honestly disappointing to receive such poor service on my very first order. A meal cannot be enjoyed under these conditions.
