I come here pretty often, but mainly for their teriyaki bowls and tempura veggies. Sushi IS NOT GOOD, especially if you have plenty of places to compare from. Someone who may only had sushi around Tulare/Visalia might like it, but again, that's only because they have no actual GOOD places to compare it to. Girls in the front are always friendly, cooks in the back tend to stare too hard, for TOO long. Freaks me out every time I come here. Someone tell them to stop. Lol

"Not so" Healthy Japan. As soon as we walked in, smelled like we walked Pinesol Factory. Menu wasnt healthy options. It is a walk up order and not a sit down. SUPER RUDE SARCASTIC female with bright red lipstick at the register. Immediately told us we could only order "to go" because they close in a half an hour and it's a "new rule". I responded with, "okay, we wont be back." And she responded "that's fine". And we walked out and her and other employee grinned as we proceeded to walk out. If she would have told us in another tone it would have been a much better experience. I would not recommend this place until they get their customer service in check. Wish we checked these reviews before we walked in the door. Dennys was fabulous considering our circumstances.
