I had travelled 5 hours from Hokkaido and had not eaten all day and everything I found near my hotel was closed or a bit too touristy for my taste I walked into this bar at random and it saved my life. The beef stew was unbelievably good, the drinks were nice and cold but most importantly Megumi and her husband (who decorated the amazing space) were so kind and hospitable. A meal I will remember for life. Please stop by if you are in the area, you will be in good hands and will have a great night. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Beautiful atmosphere! The vibe is amazing and I absolutely love it. And, you get snacks shortly after you are seated. Smoking allowed, so hurray or be careful, but I loved everything about here. Super friendly bartender, whose name I have not yet asked. Update: her name is Megumi. She came over to me with a map and recommended places in the area for me to explore. If possible 8 stars to Bar Heart!
