All the things you read in previous reviews are true! The staff is courteous, service is fast, the decor is cosy specially when the outside seating is offered. Unfortunately I did not find the food that special. Don’t get me wrong it is not bad but it is also not good. Heat Restaurant is one of many ordinary places that are dotted around the city.
