Poor customer service. Travelled 35mins to the pub after booking a table. Planned ahead with intention for 2 children to play in wacky warehouse play area for 30mins before it closed, to be told we are unable to use the play area on a thursday due to the SEN session. No mention of this on the website and 2 extremely disappointed children. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went to collect a 'too good to go' bag. Asked to take a seat until a 'front of house' person could attend to me. 15 minutes later, no sign of bag or person, so I cancelled the order and left. Pretty disappointing. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

No need to mention names as I can honestly say every member off staff here will happily go above and beyond to make everyone’s visit th Heath farm amazing. Even when fully booked they will still go out of their way to fit you in. The food is always great and the service second to none I want to say see you tomorrow guys but you already no me the Mrs and kids will be here again. Highly recommend to everyone. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
