Breakfast is not good at all. Same set menu everyday that you have to choose the night before and hand to reception the night before by 9pm. Pillows terribly uncomfortable, ended up needing acupuncture. Bed also uncomfortable. Windows in room don't open and no aircon. Struggled to sleep as it was a warm night. Reception cannot be contacted from the room so you need to go down to reception to ask for assistance or iron. Reception not always manned. Parking across the road from the hotel. No lifts or ramps available. Very limited gluten free options. I would skip breakfast here completely, not worth the amount charged. Not a buffet. Far from most attractions. Can hear guests in the next room and shower which is a disturbance. Room is slanted which is a bit off putting as it can create a feeling of vertigo. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 2
