Oh my god! Any who has rated this restaurant as less than a 5 star, is OUT of their minds…Wine can never be bad, if you ask the Sommelier for guidance. Pasta is always perfectly cooked. Pasta not salty enough?? Add salt!! I personally, have never had a bad meal or bottle of wine at Hectors. I also speak for all the compounds have taken there. No, I am not related to Hector, wish I was though. Enjoy.
All but one person had never been to Hector's. We so enjoyed every meal that was all delivered at the same time with a taste of each. We were well informed of the meals prepared and left us drooling to taste them all. Great dessert as well. Service was excellent, food outstanding, Hector quite enjoyable, a terrific experience for the first but not the last time of again tasting it all.
