I did not eat anything here. I only used Heikes Backstübchen to retrieve a package. They were extremely helpful and forthcoming. Since the package hadn't arrived yet, they offered to call me and even deliver it to my house once it arrived, knowing I would be busy at work. Their excellent customer service left a positive impression on me, and I appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I received my package without any inconvenience.
