I called to see whether a voucher that was issued before Corona could be redeemed. The voucher would therefore be older than 3 years, he would have had to register it with the tax office and he will no longer take any of it. (So he made the sales.) Even during Corona, it would have only been closed for 2 weeks (completely illogical as a wine bar). I could have dealt with that. I really have to say - absolutely unaccommodating and unfortunately it didn't affect me at all on a personal level. In retrospect, I'm glad that I only lost the 30 euros here, as I would like to make sales in other wine shops and wine bars in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
