Every Christmas, I went there with a friend yesterday in the usual tradition. Another journey through time that transports you to traditional food culture. If you like that, you've come to the right place. The service, a young lady who serves the food next to Ms. Heising, is very quick one course after the next. A slightly longer pause would be appropriate here, but you are not asked. The friendliness is also extremely subtle. Ms. Heising always hides behind the floral decorations and writes out the bills by hand. The dishes are delicately and attractively prepared. The toilet was heated to zero point zero, so that you were literally freezing to the bone. Not so pleasant. Otherwise a traditional house and nevertheless something special to visit once a year.
