We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One thing we really appreciated was that our dog was also welcome, which made the trip much easier and more enjoyable for us. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a great experience! Service: 5

Rather a low cost hotel and spa. Jacuzzis are not very warm, saunas are off and you need to switch them on and wait, and the cold plunge was empty. They don’t clean your room in the mornings when you leave the hotel, so of course no towel change. The rooms are old and need manteinance. I wouldn’t recommend it Service: 3

The jacuzzi temperature is constantly maintained at 35 °C, and for the convenience of our guests, the saunas can be switched on individually, reaching the ideal temperature within about 20 minutes. In the meantime, the jacuzzi or relaxation area offers a pleasant way to unwind. Daily cleaning is carried out in all rooms. Towel changes are linked to our guests’ request for environmental reasons – if towels are placed on the floor, our staff will automatically provide fresh ones. This is also indicated in the bathroom. Our rooms undergo regular maintenance, as our aim is always to ensure comfort and satisfaction for all our guests.
