Helen’s bakery has delicious homemade tamales and posole. Authentic as they can be with reasonably priced menu. Well they don’t exactly have a menu the items they have are written on a white board above the order window. And I still haven’t figured out why they call it a bakery because there is never any bakery items anywhere. No cases of anything at all. I’ve been there at least five times this past year and I’ve yet to see any baked goods. I wish I can speak their language or I would ask them about it., I don’t know if you have to call in an order for baked goods, or if they have a menu that you could choose things from but they sure advertise that they have these items, but they don’t. It shall remain a mystery.
