Many Denver Metro German food places have been deleted, even since Larimer Square kicked out the Germans for festivals. (I thought the Germans had made Larimer Sq. Regardless). Despite Helga no longer present (missing some of her desserts), the food isn’t bad. Es geht. The atmosphere is less than COS Edelweiß, and individuality is good. Beer & food (Rollladen) here is good, staff were good, all was good. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: Try it. Food was okay. I found the lentil soup too salty, but my son thought it was fine. The veal schnitzel was tough at the edges, but tasted good atcthe center. The brown sauce had a film over it when it was served. My husband asked for mustard which was not brought. After about 10 minutes of no wait staff around, I had to get up to find someone and ask for the mustard. No service recovery at all, other than a cursory "sorry.".
