We were greeted in an extremely professional and most welcoming manner at reception by a well groomed gentleman named Kaab. Kaab had us checked in promptly and answered our enquiries perfectly. As an extra gesture of kindness, further into the evening, Kaab generously assisted with access to the bar and a beautiful platter of tasties. Breakfast is mediocre. Service quality dubious - I asked twice for housekeeping to supply the missing ironing board and it never arrived. Simple room with comfortable bed (that doubles as a lousy ironing board). Convenient location to airport, easy walking distance Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 4
