Amazing place for vegans/vegetarians or anyone who would like to try something new. Food is always delicious and price is on point. Portions are not too big, but just enough to enjoy the dish. Staff is very friendly and meet you with a smile :) Atmosphere in the restaurant is amazing! Very cozy and warm. Washrooms are always clean and tidy. My go to place whenever I want to have nice and casual dinner downtown. This review is more of a "thank you" to the very kind barista who was working on Monday Sept 17th at 7pm. I walked in to Hello 123 for the first time, and was feeling very anxious (having a rough day) just trying to order two iced coffees. The barista could tell something was off, said something comforting, then handed me two ice coffees (perfectly made) along with chocolate chip oat squares. Her kindness put a smile on my face. Great experience, plus the iced coffee was 10/10 delicious and the oat squares were fantastic too.
