Guys lemme tell you, this is the best coffee both my husband and I have ever had. It was absolutely delicious! So sad we love put of state and our state doesn't offer this unique and delicious coffee. I seriously dream of this and nothing else comes close. The customer service was amazing and super fast! For someone who doesn't drink coffee often, I'm a big big fan of Hello Em Viet Coffee & Roastery. I bookmarked Hello Em because my bf is big on coffee and he needs it to start his day right, so I thought bringing him here would be a nice taste of home and because we miss VN. I appreciate their simple menu and how they stay true to Vietnamese roots by putting the items in Vietnamese on the menu. The first time we came here I ordered the ca phe sua da (Vietnamese Iced Coffee) and my bf ordered the cafe trung (egg coffee). Both were so good, nice and rich in flavor, and the egg coffee had a nice creaminess to it. I love that the Vietnamese community is associated in the back of the cafe and you can see the history of Little Saigon on their wall with cute t-shirts, pins, and other knick knacks you can purchase. It was so good.. we came back a second time, hehe. This time I ordered the Iced coffee with a pate banh mi kep which is basically banh mi bread with pate and then pressed on a panini press so it's thin and crispy with loads of warm pate on the inside. It was so good, I want to make this at home every day, but my bf won't let me :c My bf tried the pandan coffee and he also loved it. We came at a good time as well, because they were roasting new beans and my bf was mesmerized by their machine. We can't wait for our next stay in Seattle so we can come back to Hello Em. I hope they can one day expand and open one in the Bay Area!!
