So cute the show was amazing, so talented!! The vegan food was 10/10 totem oishi Super kawaii hello kitty shuttle bus aswell!! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Yes and vegan

We are Australian and were in Osaka for my daughter's birthday and booked the Hello Kitty Show Box performance as well as the special birthday plate and announcement. Before the show started we ordered the chicken curry, beef curry and kid's meal, and it was, as expected, expensive for what we got, but tasted pretty good. The show was was enjoyable, the singer and dancers were really good and the musicians performed with great flair. Now comes the explanation for the low rating. The huge let down was the birthday announcement as my daughter was really looking forward to it for 3 days. At the end of the show, when the announcement was made, another girl stood up and got the applause and we thought ok, so 2 people had birthdays and ours was coming up. Only that was not the case; there was only 1 announcement and that was it. I understand it's probably partly our fault as well as we don't speak Japanese, but there were plenty of staff there who could've prompted us since before the show started a staff member actually came up to us to double-check that my daughter's name was correct for the announcement. We were only there because my child is a huge Hello Kitty fan, and I feel especially when it comes to birthdays for young children a little more care could've been taken. My daughter was devastated and it really ruined her day, and for us as a family that took the shine off the entire excursion. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
