Highlights 1) 100% gluten-free 2) DELICIOUS pastries 3) Friendly owner Found this place from a Google search on my quest for gluten-free desserts in Paris. It's a tad hard to find as "Helmut Newcake" is on a sandwich board outside of a bakery with a different name. Look for the purple awning! The bakery is 100% gluten-free. It's so fun to have a selection! We got a strawberry and a passion fruit tart that I may think about for the rest of my life. The balance of butter and tart was amazing! We got to talk to the owner for a few minutes and he told us the story and explained that the idea is that the pastries taste like regular desserts! Mission accomplished. I visited with my non-GF friend and she loved these desserts as much as I did! Highly recommend!

Visited in 2020, the pastry has definitely moved to 30 avenue de Friedland, 75008 PARIS. The foursquare details are not up to date anymore

All gluten free place not far from the louvre. I got a veggie sandwich & chocolate croissant. Both were good. Tue croissant was a bit denser than a regular one but it was still very good.
