Food was great (loved the pizza with pesto), sunset was superb (definitely recommend doing your final night of the stay like we did), and our family had a great time here! Our only issue was that service was pretty inconsistent and it was hard to get a waiter when you wanted to order or pay. This didn't impede our experience too much, but it was noticeable because of the great service at other nearby restaurants that we enjoyed. I think we would have even been willing to pay a little bit more on food for a more personable/attentive service quality. Just adding this last detail because we truly enjoyed the experience and wanted to be honest about the shortcomings. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Food was good but knocked down a star due to them not having a few menu items that we ordered. Service was good and the atmosphere was great. Right near da beach.... boooyyyy! Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Hemingway's has a fantastic location right on Playa Potrero, making it a great spot to relax and watch the sunset. They also offer live music several nights a week, which adds to the atmosphere. We stopped in for drinks and enjoyed the beachfront setting, but found it to be on the pricey side. We paid about $22 USD for two cocktails, one of which was non-alcoholic. We didn't eat there, so I can't comment on the food. They also have a club with amenities such as a pool, cornhole and tetherball, which may be especially appealing for families with children. Overall, it's a fun place to enjoy the beach views and live music, just be prepared for tourist-area pricing. Atmosphere: 4
