Something bad happened to the food quality here. The wontons in spicy chili oil used to be top grade. What I got was over boiled wontons in water & some "oil" that was orange-no flakes. My dish also was full of water. I had to beg for the ingredients that came with the entrée because the cook did not want to give them to me. Unfortunately, the food quality and service has been degraded. And the menu changed from hand drawn fresh noodles to fast food Chinese dishes. That's the 3rd menu change in 1 year. It was a $26 dollar mistake. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
