Raw herring is an Amsterdam specialty and this place does it best. This delectable treat tastes very fresh complimented with pickles and onion with a toothpick that has the Netherlands flag. If you're not into raw, try it cooked it is also amazing. I returned to this establishment on various occasions because it is a treat that is one of a kind.
