Really good deal, a bit expensive. But I'm willing to pay more for quality. Today, however: at 3:15 p.m. there was only one customer in the store. 4 employees stood behind the counter. One served (including village chat... no problem), one cleared away (it's almost time for work) and two chatted with each other. They left me, a customer, standing there. The fillet just stayed in the store - I still have some wild boar from the Stadtbuur in the cooler. Not a great shopping experience! Maybe an exception... who knows.

Aus einer schlecht frequentierten Filiale einer Grossmetzgerei entstand über Jahre hinweg ein jederzeit einladendes, mit Leidenschaft betriebenes und mit pfiffigen Ideen gespicktes, erfolgreiches Geschäft. Nebst konstanter, hochstehender Qualität ist auch Kompetenz, Dienstfertigkeit, Flexibilität und spontane Freundlichkeit aller "Henzianer" lobenswert. In Basel ein sicherer Wert!
