Terrible experience with Herali!. I ordered rice & curry with devilled chicken on Uber Eats — it showed as available. When the driver arrived, the staff suddenly said it wasn’t available and needed 20 minutes. I agreed to wait. After 40+ minutes, they suddenly cancelled my order themselves. No food, no refund. And the lady on the phone had the audacity to blame the driver, even though drivers can’t cancel customer orders. Completely dishonest. Honestly, this place is unprofessional, rude, and absolutely not worth your time or money. I do not recommend Herali to anyone. Service: 1
