This place is one of the most unexpected locations we visited in Riga. And here’s the reason why:. Located in a shopping center on the top, we really didn’t have big expectations. But the rooftop bar surprised us, with good service, tasty drinks, but most importantly, very amazing little snacks for a fair price. The pisco sour I ordered was tasty, with an interesting note of orange in it. And the food, from beef tartare to the fries (very crispy) over to the edamame (with the perfect amount of CHUNKY salt) was sensational. I really had the feeling someone was looking at the details here - and not just serving basic food. Too often the rooftop bars convince with their views, but not with the quality of food and drinks they serve. Thats absolutely not the case here. And again - all that with the factor that your focus is of course constantly on the good views, and during sunset times on the beautiful colored sky. Price per person: €25–30

Nice view, nice environment, really friendly and welcoming staff, impeccable English spoken by all. My waitress was nice, honest and I enjoyed telling her what I was thinking of and she helped me have a very enjoyable experience. I had a Latvian cider, then an outstanding cocktail which was a concoction by Kristiana, which was so good that I had to have another which I went inside to watch her make and she too was very nice and engaging. I also had the duck croquettes which were very nice. Setup my first day in Riga very nicely. Looking forward to returning when it's not raining.. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €45–50
