Easy to miss, impossible to forget. We didn’t expect it to be this beautiful inside. The atmosphere was stunning, the service was warm and attentive, and every dish we ordered was on point. The Thai-inspired flavours were so well balanced and full of flavour. One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in the area. Highly recommend. We only tried the salt & pepper squid, porterhouse steaks and Thai red duck curry. The squid portion was rather small but taste was good. The steaks were delicious and done to perfection. The duck curry was tasty and very spicy (even for us Asians) but satisfied our cravings for rice and Asian food. They can adjust the spice level. We enjoyed all the food and it was an intimate dining experience in a warm and cosy bar. We all enjoyed our dinner at Herd very much Price per person: $40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great find in Healesville. First impression was this has atmosphere - my wife and I were looking to have a quiet dinner together and this is a great place for couples. We were met with a smile at the door, and the service was 5 star all through our dinner. The food was not overpriced and quality would stand up at any of the great restaurants in Melbourne. The steak was one of the best I have ever had. Well done to the owners - your hands on approach has made Herd Bar & Grill a great place to visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $80–100
