I had one of the worst experiences with Herfy ever. My order was delivered late, yet the system falsely marked by the delivery driver as it as delivered 20 minutes earlier, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, one item was missing even though I paid for full order including delivery. When I contacted the delivery driver, he was extremely rude and unprofessional and showed zero responsibility. I then tried reaching Herfy customer care multiple times, but no one answered. I was forced to go physically to the branch myself eventhough after paying for delivery. Even there, there was no apology, no basic courtesy, no customer respect. The manager was equally rude and dismissive, simply handing over the missing item as if nothing had happened. I connected with customer care late and they assured me that an area manager would contact me but no one ever called back. This is not just poor service, it is a complete failure in delivery accuracy, customer handling, and basic hospitality standards. I strongly advise others to reconsider ordering from this branch, as the service quality and accountability are extremely disappointing. Price per person: SAR 80–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
