I honestly don’t even know where to start. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at . I went through the drive-thru and was told my order would take 10 minutes. Fine. I waited patiently. But 10 minutes turned into 20 then 30. No updates, no apology, nothing. Just complete disregard for the customer’s time. What makes it worse is that no one even bothered to communicate or explain the delay. If you know it’s going to take longer, just be honest instead of making people sit there like idiots waiting. It felt like they simply didn’t care at all. The service was unbelievably slow, unprofessional, and frustrating. A drive-thru is supposed to be quick and convenient—this was the exact opposite. Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your time.
