Feedback on Our Recent Visit We recently dined at your establishment, and we’d like to share some thoughts about our experience. What We Loved: The food was absolutely astonishing! Every dish exceeded our expectations in terms of flavor and presentation. The service was friendly and professional, adding to the overall atmosphere of the evening. What Could Be Improved: Unfortunately, the 'garden' room was not as comfortable as we had hoped. It felt too small, and the wall design gave us a sense of dizziness. We noticed the 'bar' room had a much better ambiance and believe it would have made a big difference in our experience. One issue we encountered was with a particular interaction involving a waitress. One of our party was scolded for touching the table lamp. While we understand the value of such items, the approach felt unnecessarily stern. We are adults and would have been happy to take responsibility if anything happened. A more polite approach would have aligned better with the high standards of your establishment. We appreciate the effort your team puts into creating a memorable dining experience and hope this feedback helps improve any future visits. I recently visited Herve restaurant, and the experience was exceptional in every way. The staff was friendly, attentive, and highly professional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, and the service was impeccable throughout the meal.
