Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to mention that the burgers in our warmer are prepared for guests who are in a hurry and need a quick grab-and-go option. We also make burgers fresh to order upon request. Additionally, in compliance with health department guidelines, hot food is never held in our display warmer for more than 2 hours. We appreciate your visit and hope you'll give our freshly made-to-order burgers a try next time!
